Our wants vs God’s wants

Putting our own wants before Gᴏᴅ is a dangerous path to be on.

Our faith can and will struggle when we do this.

When we catch ourselves doing only what we want to do, we need to take a step back and reflect on our life.

Are we reading Hɪs word often? Is our prayer life lacking?

When we lack in those areas, we can start to feel distant from the Lᴏʀᴅ. When this happens, our faith can begin to struggle. This leaves room for satan to swoop in and attack your weaknesses. We can’t let this happen.

So friends, put Gᴏᴅ first and everything else will follow. Read your bible, pray, and have faith in Gᴏᴅ.

Reflect and pray on the following bible verses:

Matthew 6:33 - “𝐵𝑢𝑡 𝑠𝑒𝑒𝑘 𝑓𝑖𝑟𝑠𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑘𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑑𝑜𝑚 𝑜𝑓 𝐺𝑜𝑑 𝑎𝑛𝑑 ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑟𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡𝑒𝑜𝑢𝑠𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑠𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑠 𝑤𝑖𝑙𝑙 𝑏𝑒𝑎𝑑𝑑𝑒𝑑 𝑡𝑜 𝑦𝑜𝑢.“
